2013 Fee Schedule

Site costs are determined by location and amenities. Fees are based on 6 campers per site regardless of age. Please note maximum occupancy for each site. All persons not included on the original reservation are considered visitors and are subject to a $ 2.00 per person visitor fee.

Camper assumes responsibility for himself, his family, guests and property. Neither Cascade Power Company nor CFIA is responsible or liable for any damage or injury by or to any camper, his family or guest.

General Information

• Check In: 3:00pm ~ Check Out: 2:00pm (Notify staff at store by 11:00 am if extending your stay._
• All Campers and Visitors must check in at the front desk for a pass!
• Gate is closed and locked at 10:00 pm and re-open at 7:00 am
• All sites are allowed 2 pets only - visiting pets included

• Reservations opens March 30th 2013 for Reservations starting April 15th
• No reservations taken for the first 2 weeks of April - Sites are available on a first come, first service basis
• Reservations require a $ 5.00 reservation fee plus 50% of total for campsites.
• Reservation Desk open Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 12:00 pm; 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• No refunds given for weather
• Refunds issued only in serious emergency situations

• Gate closes at 10:00 pm
• If arrival is delayed up to one hour (11:00 pm), call 828-877-4475 for late arrival accommodation information.
• If arriving after 11:00 pm, the night security will escort you to a parking area near the gatehouse until 7:00 am.
• Please plan your trip accordingly.
  

• Cancellations made more than 5 days prior to arrival are subject to a $10.00 service fee.
• The reservation fee is non refundable.
• Cancellations made 5 days or less before arrival will be charged the first night site fee plus the $10.00 cancellation fee.
• Refunds may be issued in the form of company check, or directly to your credit card.
Parking Policy:
For your safety and the safety of our visitors, please note our parking policy:

One Car Site: One overnight vehicle on site.
Two Car Site: Two overnight vehicles on site.

** ADDITIONAL OVERNIGHT VEHICLES $ 5.00 PER NIGHT (Subject to Availability & Manager’s Approval)

Day Use Policy:
Day use is provided to allow the use of the swimming lake, fishing lake and the beach of Cascade Lake Recreation Area on a limited basis from 7:00 am to 9:00 PM.

• You must be at least 18 years old to obtain a day use pass
• Parking is assigned to specific area by staff only.
• Day usage consists of use of Swimming Lake, Beach area, use of  Cascade Lake (large lake)
• All day use guests must leave with vehicle.
• Same day returns are subject to full payment.
• Admittance is $ 5.00 per car to include driver.
• Additional persons $2.00 each (up to 6 people in vehicle)
• Pavilion may be reserved
• Children under the age of 2 are free but included in the maximum number of 6.
• No Pets

Reservation Information and Policies for Pavilion:

• May be reserved in 2013 from April 15 – October 31
• Reservation requires full payment plus $5.00 reservation fee
• Same day reservations are available based on availability
• No “partial day” reservations
• Fee includes 5 passes for vehicle parking
• Additional vehicles are $5.00 each (based on availability)
• Cancellations more than 5 days prior to arrival: pavilion fees are refunded and subject to a $10.00 service fee
• Cancellation 5 days or less prior to arrival: $25.00 pavilion fee forfeited and subject to a $5.00 service fee
